The running mode has single-pump mode, fixed mode of 1 drive controlling 2 pumps, rotating mode of 1 drive controlling 2 pumps, fixed mode of 1 drive controlling several pumps and rotating mode of 1 drive controlling several pumps. F2000-P series are effectively applied on the field of fan and pump loads.
Single-pump mode: 1 drive controls one pump by PI adjusting.
Fixed mode of 1 drive controlling n pumps: 1 drive controls n pumps. One pump controlled by AC drives is called as frequency-conversion pump. The drive controls frequency-conversion pump by PI adjusting. The other pumps are connected with commercial power supply. The starting or stopping of these pumps are controlled by AC drives. These pumps are called as pumps of commercial power supply.
Interchanging mode of 1 drive controlling n pumps: N pumps are interchanged to connect with the drive for a fixed period of time. After the interchanging time, frequency-conversion pump will be changed to pump of commercial power supply, and one pump of commercial power supply will be changed to the frequency-conversion pump.
Circulating mode of 1 drive controlling n pumps: AC drives start or stop water pumps circularly according to PID feedback pressure. First start one pump, then stop one pump.
Several speed control modes: PID adjusting, jogging control, analog control, digital setting control, PC/PLC control by MODBUS, and so on.
The function of starting and stopping pumps controlled by different time period: Users can set at most 6 time periods to control pumps started or stopped.
Stage speed control in different time period: Users can set at most 6 time periods of stage speed.
Two-line type, three-line type operation control: Terminal speed control is more convenient.
Other functions: DC braking, rich displaying functions (In the stopping status, pressure value and present sensor input value are displayed by switching over mode. When clock function is on, present time can be displayed) and conversion function of daylight saving time.
